I am so grateful for the work Ben and his crew did on my living room floor. Ben was easy to work with and very forthcoming about the condition of my sinking floor. Intelligent Home Services corrected the problem after another contractor charged me and did not install my flooring properly. The boards were rotted and I had multiple broken joists. I hated that I had to repay to get my issues corrected, but Intelligent Home Services was worth hiring to do the job right.

Ben & crew provided a reasonable quote and professional installation of our sliding bypass doors. Timely responses, on-time arrival on installation day and good workmanship - everything you could ask for from a contractor!

Very pleased with the work they did at my place in Folly Beach, SC. The crew was respectful and courteous. There was a couple unforeseen issues during the installation of my windows (wood rot/termites) Ben the owner was there on site make sure everything was handled promptly. I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Charleston area.

My experience with Intelligent Home Services was disappointing. The technician arrived later than scheduled, and communication throughout the process felt unclear. The final results didn’t fully meet my expectations and I felt the service lacked attention to detail. I hope the company can improve responsiveness and overall customer experience moving forward.

Amazing customer service. They came out to Summerville no questions asked and showed up on time and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them again for my other bathroom remodel.
